Grade Scale

The Legendz Toys Grading System was created to give our collectors an accurate way of determining the condition of the packaging of the item they are buying. When we receive an item, we inspect it immediately for things like rips, tears, crushing, etc. We then give it a grade based on what we find. When you shop with us, you never have to worry about receiving a used, open, or shelf damaged collectible. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

CASE FRESH

Case Fresh is the standard grade for items we receive directly from the manufacturer. Case Fresh items are factory sealed and have minimal to no damage to the outer packaging. Most items will be listed as Case Fresh.

Note* Case Fresh packaging may include minor imperfections that are common from the manufacturer.

SHELF GRADE

Let's face it, not all collectibles are given the love and care they deserve. Shelf Grade is reserved for items that have obvious and noticeable shelf-wear. The package is still factory sealed and not open. Wear can include rips, tears, crushing, scratches, etc. The exact damage to a package will be listed on the product page.

If you don't care about the box, and want to save a little money, Shelf Grade is for you!

RETRO VINTAGE

Retro Vintage is reserved for those oh so nostalgic retro collectibles. Retro collectibles tend to have some shelf-wear and may be opened due to their age. Retro collectibles might also be missing items and are not complete.

The condition of the retro collectible will be listed on the item's product page.

What if I'm not satisfied with the grade of my collectible?

Do you offer perfect condition items?

We do not offer items that would be considered perfect mainly because everybody has a different opinion on what perfect means. Most items will be graded at CASE FRESH with minor to no damage to the packaging.

Do you offer loose items?

We do not offer loose items at this time. While this might change in the future, currently all of our items are factory sealed and new unless listed as RETRO VINTAGE.
