Who are you people? Are you legit?
We are a newly opened, licensed, insured, and permitted local toy store in California. Just a team of friends who enjoy all things collectibles. We specialize in shipping action figures, toys, and collectibles to our Legendary Collectors! Please visit our About Us page, Reviews page, and Instagram to learn more about us!
When did you open?
Legendz Toys officially opened it's online shop in 2023, but we've been in the convention scene for a long time as a vendor. We've had a booth at some of the biggest comic conventions in Cali. Come visit us at WonderCon 2025!

SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
We try and make shipping affordable and easy by offering two simple shipping rates.
- FLAT RATE: All orders qualify for a $6.99 flat rate shipping price regardless of the total amount of items. Load up your cart and save!
- FREE SHIPPING: Orders with a value of $55 or more qualify for Free shipping
How fast will my item ship out?
For in-stock items, we begin packing your order immediately. At Legendz Toys, you won't have to wait weeks for your order to ship. Typically, we ship out your item within 48 hours of receiving the order with some exceptions for holidays and weekends. Pre-order items ship as soon as we receive them from our distributor.
How do you package items during shipping?
Have no fear, your item will be well protected! We use high quality boxes, shipping tape, bubble wrap, and air pouches to guarantee your item arrives safely. Visit our IG page and watch us pack customer orders!
Will I receive a tracking number and confirmation?
You will receive a tracking number via email (or text message) and can login and track your shipment. You will receive email (or text message) updates on the status of your order all the way to delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry fellow collector, we only ship to the U.S. at this time. We also do not ship to international shipping stations (freight forwarders) within the U.S due to the high risk of fraud. If we believe you are attempting to do this, we will cancel your order and restrict you from accessing our shop.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We currently use UPS and USPS. Either carrier will be used based on the weight, speed, and pricing. Both carriers provide a tracking number for your order.
What does the Discreet Shipping Option mean?
Hey we get it, sometimes you need discreet delivery! Birthday presents, nosey neighbors, or porch pirates, we're here for ya. Add a message to your cart and let us know you want discreet shipping. We'll mark the sender as LTS and not Legendz Toys.
RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS
What is your return policy?
Hey we get it, sometimes returns happen. Unopened and unused items are eligible for a full refund.
You have 14 days to return your item from the purchase date. Please do not open the item. Opened items are not eligible for returns. Please include your purchase receipt in the shipping box along with your item. Contact our Support Team for assistance.
My item is damaged or defective, help!
On rare occasions, items will have damage from the manufacturer. If this happens, contact our Support Team for assistance.
I need to cancel my order, help!
Please contact our Support Team as soon as possible to cancel your order. The order must be cancelled before it ships out or it then becomes a return.

What kind of payments do you accept?

When is payment due?
For all items, both in-stock and preorder, payment is due upon completion of order checkout. Your payment method will be charged immediately and you will receive a order confirmation.
Is your payment gateway secure?
Our payment processor is 100% secure and encrypted including multiple fraud vetting components. When you place an order, your payment details are sent directly from your browser to our payment processor who is PCI compliant. Our staff never has access to your full credit card details.
Why was my order declined?
There are a few reasons your order or payment might have been declined. Every payment is vetted through our processor for fraud or mismatching payment information to include address, zip code, phone number, name, etc. You can try the charge again or use a different payment method.
Do you take orders over the phone?
We can assist you in setting up an online order over the phone but we do not accept payments over the phone. All orders must go through our vetted payment processor.
ITEM GRADING
What do the grades for each item mean?
Our team inspects each item when it arrives to verify the condition of the packaging. It's then assigned a grade based on the shelf-wear it has.
- Fresh: Case Fresh is the standard grade for most items that have been delivered straight from the manufacturer. The packaging is in nice condition but may contain minor imperfections that are standard from the manufacturer.
- Shelf: An item is given this grade if the packaging has wear and tear that is visible and noticeable. Specifics of the wear will be listed on the item's product page. If you don't care about the package, save some money and buy Shelf Grade!
- Retro: An item is given this grade if the package is considered a vintage collectible. Vintage collectibles typically have visible shelf-wear and are possibly opened. The specific condition of the item will be listed on the product page.
PRE-ORDERS & INVENTORY
Will I be charged now or later for PRE-ORDERS?
All Preorder items are charged in full at the time you place your order to verify payment and to reserve your order. If you decide to cancel your pre-order before it arrives, you will be given a 100% refund. Pre-order items are eligible to be canceled at any time before they arrive.
When will my PRE-ORDER ship?
Please see the estimated shipping date on the product page. If there is a change in the estimated shipping date, you will be notified by email of the new date.
Do you offer pre-orders on items?
Currently, we do offer pre-orders on select items. If an item is a pre-order it will be marked as PRE-ORDER with an estimated in-stock date on the product page. The in-stock date is only an ESTIMATE given to us by the distributor/manufacturer and is subject to change.
Can you guarantee my pre-order will arrive on time?
Sadly, we cannot. No one can, not even the top name toy companies. Why? Toy suppliers are notorious for not living up to their shipping dates, which is why only an "estimate" is given. If the estimate date changes on your preorder, we will contact you with the new information.
My PRE-ORDER was supposed to ship but it hasn't?
Pre-orders have an estimated shipping date from the distributor/manufacturer. They are estimates only and not guaranteed. Pre-orders tend to be volatile due to the many issues with manufacturers not honoring shipping dates thus resulting in collectors being disappointed or angry. You will be notified by email if the date on your PRE-ORDER has changed.
Will you re-stock an item once it's sold out?
We'll definitely try to. If we have an order placed for a sold-out item you will see in indicator on the product page that it will be re-stocked soon.
PRICING
Your price is higher than the other place I shop at? So angry at you.

1. When we price items, we want and attempt to stay as close as humanely possible (seriously thin margins even with wholesale discounts) to competitor prices. Sometimes it's just not possible for us to match the bigger players prices, and often times we break even on cost. Which isn't exactly great, but hey we aren't in it for the money.
So why should I buy from you if your price is higher?
We offer something the other guys haven't figured out yet, customer service.
1. Contact us and we'll answer and assist you right away. You know what we're talking about, sometimes it takes a week to even receive a response (if your'e lucky) from the bigger players. Call us and speak to real collectors who are actually helpful.
